Flight Configuration Redesign of the HUNCH ISS Galley Table Leaf Latch system

The galley table consists of a Large Leaf, and a Small Leaf, Assembly that can be rotated down and under the table.

• The goal is to move from the Slide Bolt Assembly and identify a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) part requiring little to no modification.
• The material should be an accepted aerospace grade material or one that can be certified.
• Be easily operated by one hand but have some lock position element so it cannot be accidently unlocked.
