In April, HUNCH students from across the country gathered at Space Center Houston for the highly anticipated Final Design Review (FDR). This culminating event showcased the year’s most innovative student led projects - designed to solve real challenges astronauts face in space.
From a portable IV fluid system to support medical emergencies on orbit, to gut-health gummies developed under the culinary program, students delivered creative, research-backed solutions.
The passion and professionalism these students brought to the table highlighted the next generation of thinkers and makers supporting human spaceflight.
