Chess from Trash

When people land on the moon, they will also be bringing along lots of foam packaging and wrappers and things that will become trash after it is no longer needed. What kind of valuable materials could be made from the trash. Can you make a Chess board and pieces that would be appropriate for the Lunar habitat and the 1/6th gravity on the moon?
